It’s the beginning of a new school year in McGregor! We pray blessings over all the students and staff. Since everyone is getting into a new routine, we are kicking off a new study. This fall we will be working through “Practicing the Way” by John Mark Comer for the adult classes. There are two options: Sundays at 9:30am or Tuesdays at 7pm. We are excited to unpack this with you.
Thank you for supporting our youth. They worked hard on Sunday and raised a portion of what they need to go to retreat. Now they need to raise the rest. They are offering to come as a group or in pairs to do any odd jobs that you might have for them. Cleaning, organizing, and yard work are things they can knock out quickly. We had beautiful fall weather yesterday morning for our park outing! Dr. Edwards gave a nice message on Answering the Call of Grace and a short presentation on the mission of the Gideons.
