Senior Pastor Nate Moehring

Nate is an ordained minister of the Assemblies of God in North Texas. The Lord spoke to Nate and his wife, Rebecca, about becoming church planters during COVID. Seeking to meet needs within the community and help people reconnect, we opened a community center called Connections McGregor in September 2020, and started hosting life groups. In 2022, God blessed us with a church building and growth opportunities. In 2023, Nate could no longer resist God’s good, pleasing, and perfect will (Rom 12:2) to leave SpaceX. In his 9 years at SpaceX and an additional 11 in Aerospace, Nate was able to contribute towards Starlink, Starship, Falcon Heavy, Dragon 2, and many science missions including Mars exploration. But now it’s time to see where God will lead us on this new adventure. Follow me as I follow Christ! (1 Cor 11:1)

Outreach Pastor Joe Flores

Joe is a devoted servant of God, ordained by Calvary Chapel Waco, where he faithfully ministered for 12 years. In 2022, Joe and his wife, Dom, answered a divine call to plant Hope is Alive Community Church in Bellmead, TX. For three years, he poured his heart into leading the congregation as Lead Pastor, until God stirred him once again—this time to join LAMP Ministries. Joe’s deepest desire is to be a vessel for God’s work, driven by an unwavering passion for discipleship, apologetics, and teaching the full counsel of Scripture.

A natural encourager, Joe loves nothing more than connecting with others over a strong cup of coffee, inspiring them to take bold, deeper steps in their faith journey. You’ll often find him listening, sharing, and pointing people toward the transformative power of Christ. With unshakable conviction, Joe believes that God has uniquely positioned LAMP Ministries to leave a lasting, divine imprint on the McGregor community and beyond.

Cecelia Massman
Children’s Coordinator, Marriage Ministry Coordinator, Deacon

Cecelia is wife to Clint for 21 years, mother of 6 and grandmother of 3. She has a passion for teaching, serving and is a life long learner. Her gift for recognizing and encouraging the God-given gifts in others is one of the callings on her life. Cecelia leads several ministries within the church including Good News Club, Marriage ministry, and Children’s ministry.

Rebecca Moehring
Administrator, Inner Healing Coordinator, Connections Owner, Deacon

As the Administrator, Rebecca is the glue that holds many things together at LAMP Ministries. If you have a question, she probably has the answer. She works tirelessly behind the scenes, but is also on the front lines of ministry helping people daily with Inner Healing, Connections McGregor, and coordinates our Game On! Afterschool program.

Hannah Moehring
Worship Team Coordinator

Hannah is our primary worship leader and has a wonderful spirit of a psalmist. She loves to worship and to help others. She has a compassionate heart, which she puts to use in our Inner Healing ministry. She’s also an excellent all around volleyball player for Texas Wind.

Tammy Mikeska
Women’s Coordinator, Deacon, Hospitality

Tammy has a heart for hospitality and is often seen around the church cleaning and keeping things stocked. She is helping coordinate our women’s ministry.

Benjamin Moehring
Tech and A/V Team Coordinator

Benjamin loves to serve as our behind-the-scenes audio/visual tech guy. He’s also an up-and-coming basketball player for Texas Wind. If you would like to help out in the sound room, please let us know!

Vickie and Kyle Hieb
Prayer Team Leaders

Kyle and Vickie have a wealth of ministry experience and a strong prophetic gift. They love spending time with the Lord in worship, word, and prayer. They lead our prayer team, serve on the worship team, and are involved in number of areas within LAMP Ministries.

Clint Massman

I have been at a part of this congregation since the beginning of Active Love Church. I am here to be a servant and a light for others. Here at LAMP Ministries we worship the Lord and actively perform the mission that God has for us. God has me here for the body and for those who need encouragement. 254-424-3713

Kyle Hieb

Kyle’s strong prophetic gifting makes him a sage within LAMP Ministries, and a spring of encouragement for many. His experience as a prayer counselor for the 700 Club and his regular time in prayer helps to fuel our church.
