Howdy LAMP family,
We are thankful to God, and to you, for the many building improvements that you helped make possible in August. Our church is looking good!
– The 633 building finally has a functioning bathroom, thanks to some help from the NTD Church Mobilization ministry, hallelujah!
– Hannah painted our adult classroom!
– Andrea power washed our brick walls and sidewalks!
– Nathaniel fixed some issues on our roof
– Our facia, gutters, and doors were repaired and repainted!
– We repaired and improved some air conditioners.
– We improved the drainage between the two buildings and are one step closer to putting in a ramp.
Interesting fact, our total mid-week attendance is about 3x our weekend attendance. This is great because it means we are ministering to people throughout the week, and to some who don’t otherwise attend church. I believe the answer to all of our needs is in the harvest. God has planted talents (Matthew 25) in the ground through people who are not yet using those talents. We will continue to push forward with our outreach and discipleship ministries because we know that God will bring the resources we need as people’s lives are changed for Him.
