Mashed Potatoes

Are you prepared?

Are you prepared to make mashed potatoes?
Not only do you need the ingredients and the correct tools, you also need the time and knowledge required to make them. Most of us aren’t growing potatoes in our gardens or have a cow to milk so just the act of making mashed potatoes requires intentional preparation.

Are you prepared for a life emergency?
One of our member families recently went through a two-week period without electricity. Cecelia talked us through what that looked like and the lessons they learned in yesterday’s sermon. You can take a listen on our YouTube channel. Emergencies need all the same preparedness as making mashed potatoes. You need the correct supplies, the correct information, the knowledge and time to prepare and react appropriately.

Pastor Nate is asking all of our members to start preparing and be ready for a minimum of two-week period where you would not need to leave your house for any reason. The time to prepare is now before the emergency happens!
